Please note this is a Registration of Interest. The organisers reserve the right to prioritise registrations to those who are contemplating or undertaking a campaign and to limit registration to no more than two representatives from each organisation. All participants will be pre-approved, and a tax invoice provided for confirmation of registration fees.
Registrants cancelling their registration 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less an 10% administrative fee. Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
As an alternative to a cancellation, we strongly recommend transferring the registration to another representative of your organisation. There is no cost to transferring registrations, but all substitutions must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to the event.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a refund request in line with this policy. Refunds will only be processed to the bank account or card of the individual, organisation or institution from which the payment was received.
